you dont need the 2 relays since you are only doing your low beams. you can splice into either your left or right harness..you dont need both. there is a terminal on the OEM battery clamp that you can hook into for the direct power feed.

Seems like the ballasts might be bad. Simple plug and play. You may want to call the company to find out why this happens. I don't think this happens to cars that have the HID lighting stock. The ballasts should take care of the power to the lights.

The bulbs also need a 10 minute burn in time when they are first turned on. This willlet the metal in the bulbs atomize completely so the next time they turn on. When it burns in, almost if not all, the metal gets atomized at the same time. If you don't, some will have been atomized and returned to the liquid state and some will still be in the liquid state.

But I got my kit for $200 shipped. I got my boss obtain some sample kits because, "we are interested in selling your products, but we would like to see the quality of the lights." So I got some left over. P.M. me if you want more information.
