Default Hot floorboards?

I have a 99 chev suburban. The check engine light
came on. Pulled codes for cats, o2 sensors, mass air flow
sensor and running lean. So took the suburban in and had cats
tested. They were bad. Cats replaced. Bad o2 sensors, replaced.
Mass air flow sensor replaced. The floorboards are still
hot and is still sluggish when driving. The fuel pump has recently been
replaced. New fuel filter.has anyone had this issue?
