Default How can I change the Export code?

will I own 07 tahoe and I live outside usa

heres my problem which annoying by the way

when I hit 70 mph the DIC starts flashing "vehicle overspeed"

and non of the DIC buttons will work and I cant read any info from the DIC at speed over 70 mph

of course US tahoes don't have the problem

I read somewhere that I can change the export code to the US and the annoying massage will be gone

my dealer wont do it ..

New US specs cluster should take care of that. We have the same thing here in Saudi Arabia.
