Default How hard is it to r&r oil pan?

2003 Chevy Suburban LS 4X2 5.3 216,000 miles
Had instrament cluster rebuilt, oil pressure went to 80 psi constant. Replaced sending unit now 40 at idle 58 on highway.

Here is the bad part!!!

After 20 miles or so oil pressure gauge starts going from 58 down to 50 psi and right back. I think the issue is a bad pump or a bad O ring on oil pu tube.

How hard is it to drop pan and chk oring?

Thanks in advance

My Tahoe is an 08 twd and when I did mine I had to lower the steering rack to fully remove the pan. The pan will come down some but not enough to get it completely down and give you access to the pick up O ring.
