Default Ignition cylinder question
03 Suburban Z71. Key cylinder is worn out, I can replace it, but is there such a part that I can get keyed the same as existing, this is so I don't need two keys, door locks.

When I got a new one for my 85 Nissan, prior to install I took it to the local locksmith and they set it to my original key

take part and vin# to locksmith. depending on the theft system it may need programming. passlock had the resistor in the lock cylinder iirc. the locksmith show know all this.

My 15 Malibu restores the fob code in seconds. It is a great feature.
