Default LED Upgrade Problems (Not flasher relay)

I have a 2003 chevy tahoe z71. Recently i upgraded all the lights with LED, name brand headlight assembly, rear led assembly, and a Led flasher relay. However, when the headlights go on at dark, all the rear lights come on including the arrows in the side mirrors. Therefore, turning on my blinker doesnt make the lights flash. During the daytime, the running lights are on headliughts, but when I flip the blinker RT and LFT...all the lights in rear and sidemarks + mirrors flash like hazard lights. Finally, my hazards work as they should regardless of night or day? I ran a diagnostic and the ecm and body control module seem to have communication issues and so i get error codes (U1000, U1016). Has anyone had this issue? Is it possible the ECM needs to be reflashed after upgrading to LED lights or is this a bigger issues/ecm or body control module replacement ?

UPDATE: finally broke down and took it to car stereo shop. In addition to the led flasher, i was told to install a loadresistor by sylanvia (autozone, advanced etc) . They come in pairs, so i need two boxes and now all my lights are functioning as they should. Maybe this only needed with the bose system on z71, but it was the 1st time i had heard of this after many forums
