Default MAP sensor Question

So there I was changing out my MAP sensor on my 6.0L gas burban in -10°c >.< (side note I need a heated shop lol)

And well anyways I broke off the securing tabs... she seems solid in there.. but should I be worried?

Thanks guys, im not a mechanic in any way, shape or form.. so am always worried I'm screwing crap up on my truck.. but trying to learn more to save money on the shop bill >.< and well I'm worried I may have just cost myself more $$$

yes, it should be secured or retained by something. I've seen folks zip tie them on. new connector ends are cheap or you could find one in a picknpull.
