Default Memory seats

Hi, new to the Forum so here goes. I though the seat memory worked like it does in my 02 Corvette. Turn off the engine, pull key and the seat would go back for easy exit. When you get in just the opposite would happen. Instead I have to hit the seat button each time I want the seat to go forward or back.Am I doing something wrong or is this not an option. Love the truck Chev did a great job on this one. Thanks for you're time....

To turn on the exit seat feature, you'll have to go into the DIC, located on the top of the dash, to the right of the gauge cluster.

You should have gotten two remotes with your Tahoe. Each one is keyed for memory #1 and the other for #2. The remotes are not marked anymore, so you'll need to use each remote and see which memory setting it activates.

Also the "easy exit" feature now moves the seat forward when you unlock with the remote instead of when you put the key in as before. Don't ask me why. []

Anyone know, if it is possible to install the heated/memory seats, if the vehicle wasn't born with it (2007 Av)?
