My pretty Hoe
Yes, yes I know... trucks are supposedly for boys. BUT, you have to admit... a pretty girl climbing out of a hot truck... nothin to be messed with. So boys, I got an '02 Tahoe a few months ago and I am looking to fix her up one piece at a time. The only thing I have done is the tint so far. Should I start from the inside or outside? My daddy works for a huge Chevy dealership out here in AZ, and I have the hook up on getting the work done... right. I just hate asking them all of the time what I should get done. I want to figure it out, and then ask for them to do it. Any ideas?
Get rid of those factory rims and get some either off-roadrims wrapped inall-terrains or street rims with lo-pros depending on what kind of driving you do. Then you may want to grab up a billet grille and some clear corners.Maybe a nice set of LED taillights as well. You need a ballsy exhaust too. To let 'mem know you are not all show.
Clear corners
LED tails
billet full grille
billet insert grille
Billet bowtie emblem
If you want to start on the interior as well you can get a nice sound system as well as a burlwood dash kit or brushed aluminum dash kit.Aftermarket glow-gauges or nu-image gauge, whichever you like.

The only thing hotter then a pretty girl climbing down from a big truck is a pretty girl climbing down from a big truck wearing a bikini top and short shorts. How about it Ms Heather, any pics?

Paint match all your bowties.
Debadge
Rims
LED tails
Replace the rear brake light with a Caddy version.Makes a big difference on an 02
Colormatched buckets for all door handles with chrome handle
Daddy can make the last two hapen for cheap.

One simple thing and I think is nice is to get a set of Lloyd floormats (http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.as...d_prod_ids=234). They are head and shoulders above the OEM ones.
One functional mod you can do is to put on factory molded mudflaps to protect the sides of your truck. If you have factory running boards, then you only need the rears(GM PART # 12497037 CATEGORY: Splash Guards).
Good luck with your mods.

I agree with the mudflaps..they really keep all the junk off the side of the Tahoe...but make sure you get the ones without the white chevy emblem..all the emblemdoes is fade and looks terrible after a while....I checked out those Lloyd mats..I think I am going to order me some.
