My Suburban won't drive in two-wheel drive but drive okay in 4-wheel drive
Okay so I jacked up my 2001 Chevy Suburban off the ground and put it on jack stands I put the car in 2 wheel drive and the drives the rear drive shaft with spin but the tires will not spin so I put the car in neutral then put it in 4-wheel drive then put it back in drive the front wheel spent the rear driveshaft spent but not the rear tires any idea on what it could be please help
You shouldn't have to 'look' for anything. Popping when turning, driveshaft spins but wheels don't. My only advice is try not to let any of the gear/bearing carnage hit you while removing the cover.
If a differential rebuild is not something you are willing to do yourself, save yourself the time and mess for the person/place who will be doing it.

If the rear drive shaft is spinning but the axles aren't you have a bad differential. The 9th gen differentials were an issue. Mine was rebuilt about two years ago. It's not real cheap to get it done so, shop around. But, it's worth it. It's not a job that a novice can do. It takes an experience mechanic and special tools to overhaul a diff.
