Default Disc

Update to disc version 4.1c load problem:
I had to call GM Nav Disc for help as they never replied to my email. They were absolutely no help what so ever. All they could tell me is that I will have to take it back to the dealer. They also could not confirm if I was entitled to at least one free upgrade. I guess they didn't want to talk about it since i had already paid for the upgrade. I must be the only person so far that has experienced this problem as no body replied to my question on this forum. What a hassle!!! After paying $199.00 for the upgraded disc and now not knowing if I will have to pay for the repair makes me not want to ever do this again.
