Question Need some help with a 06 Suburban

Hello I just bought a 2006 Suburban LTZ it has a 6.0L and when I went to fill it up with gas it took like 20 min. I could only do like 2 gallons at a time the pump would keep clicking off and could here a gurgling sound, the light came on and had the code read and it was a PO446 so I had the vent vavle changed and went to fill up today and the same thing happend, what else could it be?

Thanks

probably need a canister too, if the vent valve was plugged then the canister will be also. I very rarely replace 1 and not the other. Theres also probably a tsb for a relocation kit that routes the vent above the tranny or fuel tank fill hose (which is dumb), anytime we have this issue we run the vent up to the engine compartment.
