Default need wire help

Hello! Got a question for some tahoe folks out there. Someone really f'd up my tahoe trying to steal my 99 firehawk and 00 ramair. They stole the radio and completely tore up the column trying to move/steal the tahoe. Well i got another steering column installed in with the n33 option. The hoe will try to start but its like it not getting gas or something. The hoe ran fine before all this %!$@#$ happened. i look down and see a green and blue wire hanging down from under the dash. they seem to be coming from a fuse/wire block under the car. Ill post some pics and see if anyone knows where they go and maybe tell me if they have anything to do with the fuel system. i also have to figure out how to change the airbag module in the steering wheel. ugh... anyway ANY help would be appreciated! thanks!!

here are a couple pics of what im talking about. the blue seems to go under paneling on the drivers side and the green wire seems to go behind the block and into the engine bay. I dont have a wiring diagram to follow and im bidding on gm manuals on ebay so i can start looking into this. Any ideas or if anyone lives in the memphis,tn area hit me up at 901-210-4462. Thanks again! Jason
