New to forum. advice needed to make suburban more manly.
Need advice
wife just passed down 08 suburban LT for me to use as a work commute vehicle and I like to make it look more masculine.
it has 20in 5 spoke rims and is 2WD
planning on installing A/T tires and possible rims a little later.
any other advice will be greatly appreciated.
need good source for accessories if you all don't mind sharing.
much thanks in advance.

My wife is a big fan of chrome on trucks. She's always said the Tahoe/Suburban, with the body-colored front clip, compared to the chrome bumper and grille on the Silverado, looks like a "girlie truck."
I looked at getting a grille guard, but the stock look has grown on me, and I'm not going to get any accessories that look "tacked on." Only thing I've done is add the HD towing mirrors (I tow two trailers) and Goodyear Duratrac tires. Both purchases were function over form, but a nice side-benefit is that they make the truck look a little more sinister. The previous owner debadged it and did the limo tint.
I want to do an LED light bar, but again I don't want it to look "tacked on." I bought a 30-inch, 18,000-lumen curved LED light bar, and I'll be installing it behind the grille.
I'm happy with the look. I've never felt like I'm driving a soccer mom car.

I also have the hd towing mirrors. They in my opinion make it look tougher. Mine is 2500 so it's just a rougher suv anyway. I think suburbans look good in stock form. You could level up the front throw some rims on it. If it was me I'd stay with factory 22 inch if you were to upgrade.
