NEW Front shocks with springs!!! Good DEAL???
GM Z55 Autoride Replacement Air Shock M 6 | eBay
came across these as i'm looking to replace all 4 corners. figured they'd be a good deal especially since they come with the springs! According to my car fax the fronts were done around 60k and the backs never done. i do have z55 suspension and it feels good. but all about preventative maintenance when it comes to pre-owned vehicles. had the truck about 8 months now and no major issues except a squeak in the front suspension and a minor leak in the tranny cooler line, which by the way i picked up for $15 and will probably change as soon as the temp nears 40. already did the plugs, belts and filters as i'm nearing 110k

that looks like a good deal for air shocks/strut... I would verify with the seller that they are "new" and not new-used....
When you did your plugs did you also do the wires? I am about to do my tune up here also....

The manual says to change plugs and inspect wires at 100K.
I have just always done the wires with the plugs...They are exposed to high heat and can breakdown over time... a small crack in the insulation could lead to misfire at some point...if yours look good and show no signs of pin holes or carbon tracks then they are probably fine.... there is also the concern of removing them after such a long time that the pulling on them can cause damage... there is the cost to consider too an OEM set is about $70 bucks...its not breaking the bank but its not cheap...

Buying from Ebay you have to be careful that someone isn't selling you something that was pulled off a recently purchased vehicle because the new owner is say maybe having the vehicle lifted and had to pull the struts off the new truck to install the lifted ones...
New-used would be perfectly good shocks/strut coming off a brand new vehicle... it could have a few miles on it, or several hundred... new would obviously be right out of the box...
