Also, would you stay away from any LS/LT models with out the LSD?

A dealer should be able to take your VIN and query the system for what options are installed.

My wife's 2004 LT has the AWD w/ 4WD LO and it's fine in snow.

I don't do LSD.

Seriously tho, I don't think there's anything besides the G80 locker diff. available.

AWD is AWD. IOW it's the same system in all models.
