Default Newbie With Transmission Problems!!!

Hi Guys I'm new here and was wondering if you all could help me out. I have an '02 Tahoe 5.3 and while driving it today I noticed that when I come to a stop and take off again it doesn't pull right away then it jerks and goes with no problems as if it's in neutral and you give it gas and pull it done into gear. It also goes forward in neutral, jerks and doesn't want to pull in reverse, and when in park I can feel and hear it going in and out of drive. Could someone tell me what could be the problem?

X2. Good possibility of an out of adjustment shifter.

They are fine, it was a little over full but I drained some and added a bottle of Lucas to it. Truck has 274,XXX transmission supposedly has approx. 70-80k. I put it in last year and the Co. I purchased it from said it only had 40 on it and I generally run about 30-40/year.

Sounds like shifter linkage adjustment or bad electrical connection to the shift sensor.
