Default Oil filter assembly gasket

Hello I have a 99 K1500 Suburban. I rebuilt the motor and since then I have tried 3 different gasket sets and the oil filter assembly still leaks where it bolts to the block. I went to the dealer and they gave me this print out and still gave me the gasket for the one I do not have. In the picture I have the assembly to the right with the oil cooler lines. You can see the gasket shape labeled #440. The O ring comes with it as well. The Dealer and everywhere else have given me gasket #431. This is for a different version. Does anyone know how to get the correct one?

It looks like what you are looking for is for the one with the oil cooler...
I see this listed on Rock Auto's site ( see picture below)

I just bought that one today and will be giving it a try tomorrow. I do however notice that it is a circular shape as well and the filter in the picture I attached to the original post does not look circular to me.

Guess ill let you know how it goes.

The gasket set the dealer gave me is what I used. It worked. Then the next day the truck started missing and now has a rocker making a lot of noise. It is always one thing after another.
