Default Oil leak

Please help,
I own a 2007 Tahoe LTZ with 70,000 miles. Everything was working fine until I noticed a few drops of what look to be oil on the floor. I got under the the hood to see and this is what I found:

-Fluid dripping from what appears to be the driver side motor mount. It looks like it is actually coming from above it.
-It is rust colored and feels oily. It's not exactly oil because I can see that it eventually dries up leaving a "chalky stain".

It is important to not that there are no other leaks on my truck. I checked the closest thing which I thought to be the Brake fluid resovoir and it was fine

Has anyone had issues with this? Please help.

Devoted Chevy Man,
