UPDATE

I got a letter today from OnStar, letting me know that there is an issue and they can't locate my truck in the case of an emergency, and to call them. So I did.

They put me on a different network and gave me another 3 months of free service, including navigation. So now I have free OnStar until June 26th of this year.

I can dig free service...

Default On star Problem

I had a similar problem but have you set up the program yourself through Onstar. If they cannot help you, then call Chevrolet Headquarters via the net they will call you back as they did for me. Get the name(s) of all those you talked with at the dealership

Default Onstar blue button has no response

I just set up my trial period for onstar today and I went out to my vehicle to press the blue button to complete activation but nothing happens. The call button works, gives me several options to make calls or navigate, and I haven't tried the emergency button (since it's not an emergency). I just don't know what to do about this blue button issue. I've never had onstar and am excited to try it out, but seems I'm stuck for now.... Any advice?
