I have a 2010 Chevy Suburban with 107,000 that I have had since new. Truck has been well taken care of. For the past year now, more so now than ever I am experiencing an issue that I can’t get resolved. When it’s extremely hot out my rear glass pops and then OnStar ready kicks on. 90% of the time this is the sequence, but 10% is OnStar goes off then the pop. I hit the hang up on the shell and 10 seconds later OnStar ready again. Sometimes it comes on a few times but recently OnStar ready comes on 30x. When I hang up and OnStar ready
goes I can hear the actuator mechanism trip. My dealer is no help because I can’t get it to happen there. I now at least have on video so then can hear it happen. Any help is greatly appreciated.
