Is there a fix for this problem?

Wow! It's been a year and a half and still no fix ?! What are they doing? Is there any way to contact someone to find out what they are doing?

Yes I did. I'm just frustrated because the noise is driving me nuts and I can't believe they haven't come up a fix in over a year and a half.
