Since I live near Phoenix, I have to get new vehicles smog-tested. The test is an exhaust-transparency test, they basically look for too much smoke, so I'm not overly worried. However, they do specifically check for removed emissions equipment.

Since this truck is from Idaho, in 1983, am I right in thinking that it came from the factory with no emissions equipment on it?
