Default Rear AC inconsistent

My daughter has a 2008 Suburban and the rear ac is blowing hot air. This problem started a while ago and it would work sometimes and not work other times. After several trips to dealer, dealership has been no help. Any ideas?

HoleInOne, I would suggest having your daughter take the vehicle to her local dealership. With a 2008 vehicle, depending on the mileage, you should still be covered by the 3 year 36,000 mile powertrain warranty. If the vehicle is not please contact me and I will do what I can to help you and your daughter with the vehicle. I hope this helps you.
