Default Rear Air not Blowing

I have a 99 Suburban and the rear Blower is not getting any volts. Doesn't matter where the switch is turned so I assume it's either the switch or could be the relay.
Does anyone know where the Rear Blower Relay is located so I can prob it? I guess if it's not the relay than it's the switch.

The rear blower resistor is in the rear evaporator case by the rear blower motor. You have to pull the passenger side rear panel off to access it.

MD, You may have answered my question in another post... thx. As for the panel, its not that big of a deal to remove. You just have to be sure to pull all of the ones that lay on top of it first.

I should note, I ran 20 ft of 10awg wire with a 20amp in line fuse to a switch to manually flip the rear blower on. Its pretty rudimentary but, it keeps the kids cool in 115 degree heat.
