Default Rear A/C unit not working

[]
The rear A/C unit in my 2002 Tahoe blows hot air. I'm sure it's not switching over to conditioned air and is still blowing heated air, but I don't not how to fix it. I figure there's a door or flap of some sort that not directing the air properly.

Suggestions.

I've already oerated the rear A/C with the side panel off and witnessed the servo operating as required I then revmoved the servos and physically operated the flaps. One of the servos switches from overhead to floor air . the other switches from hot to abient temp. Is there another flap in the front of the truck that opens the A/C air to the rear?
