Thanks for the info. I had signed up for e-mail notification but haven't heard yet. I assume that the Volume 3 means that it is a three volume set. Also curious as to why it took about a year and a half to get it released from GM.

 

I just ordered mine - volume 3 is probably the "detuned" edition that they are offering the general public. Obviously the dealers had access to service info for the past 18 months through GM's SPS system. After I receive and review I'll post my opinion on quality level.

 

Yeah, I never got my e-mail notification either, but I noticed this weekend that they were available. I'd be interested in what you think when you get yours.

Rec'd the three volume set today. Had to rent a fork truck to bring it in. Seriously tho, I estimate there's about 2,000 pages. Probably take a couple of evenings to work my way thru it.

 

I can't believe it isn't available in an electronic version???

 

Probably if you're a dealer. Besides I don't think by laptop would survive in the garage setting.

 

It's easier to search then you only print the page you need for the job.
