Default Replaced crank sensor - got P0430 CEL

I replaced my crankshaft position sensor and drove about 200 miles before the CEL came on - P0430. Is there any adjustment / tune-up that needs to be completed after the CPS was replaced? My Suburban is running a little rough. Factory shop wants to replace all four O2 sensors and CAT for ...$1,400.

po430 is catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2. 99.9% it is a bad cat. There is NOTHING that could cause this in relation to the crank sensor. The O2 sensor are not needed, they are what is seeing the problem. Bank 2 is the passenger side. Even if it was a o2 sensor problem it would only need the 2 on that side. Replace the cat it will be fixed. If you use a cheap cat most likely it will be back on in less than 2 years.
