Default Replacing OEM Navigation with Chinese NAV

I have Tahoe 2009 that came with Nav system. Since the OEM does not play MPEG and AVI files, I replaced the OEM NAV with a Chinese duplicate that has its own Navigation (options. ie. Navigon or Route66 or iGo options) and can play any media format with SD and USB/Blutooth/IPod output. it has a small external speaker to emulate Door Chime and Turning signal ticks.
My only problem is that the Turning Siganl Ticks does not sound like normal turning Signal ticks since its coming from a small speaker and sounds very wierd, more like fake sound. Although I was able to lower the volume of the Ticks by taping the speaker and hiding it under the dashboard, its still dows not sound like normal ticks.
Any suggestion on installing a "Turning Signal Ticks" that sounds normal ticks?

Maybe an electronics specialty store might have a different type of speaker or driver that could generate a different sound.
