I guess I will be taking it back every month till they figure this out.

3/26 Update just picked up my car that has been at dealer since early January. Rear differential replaced apparently we’re able to diagnose an internal differential collapse after installing a pico scope. This is what is stated on the work order from Chevy. Will update you all in a few days if the issue is resolved.

Following. We have the same noise in our GMC 2021 Yukon. It has been to the dealership multiple times now and we have dealt with same issues on this thread, we hear it and leave it there, techs say they can't hear it, we go back drive it with them and show them the noise! So frustrating. They have not even proposed an issue or solution. The noise persists. We have opened a compaint with GM corporate. We shared the Service Bulletin mentioned on this thread and they did nothing with it. We will be so interesed to know if replacing the rear differential works!

4/20 update issue resolved. GM gave me the extended warranty on the power train covered until 114000 miles or April 2028 and 200000 GM points equivalent to $2k for the issue and hassle. Keep harassing so they resolve it everyone.

Default Rubbing Sound 2021 Z71 Tahoe

I'm so glad I found this thread with the service bulletin. Ive had the worst experience with the build quality of my 21 Z71 Tahoe. Aside from the rubbing sound when making tight turns, the whole vehicle squeaks and chirps at low speeds; whenever ice forms on the roof, it leaks into the cabin when it begins to melt. They said it was a known design flaw with no fix in sight, and GM hasn't been any help. I was expecting the same fight until I found this thread.

Hello,
I have a 2021 Premier Tahoe 2wd (45000 miles) going into the dealer for the rubbing sound when making a tight turn.
I'm aware of service bulletin 21-NA-028 differential fluid change.
My question is will this be covered under the power train warranty?
I should probably ask if anyone has had this service covered under power train warranty.
Thanks

Default 2021 Denali Same Problem

Glad I found this...going to pick up mine today after my 2nd attempt to explain this rubbing noise when turning, Dealer cannot replicate even after leaving overnight. I printed service bulletin and will show advisor when picking up.

QUESTION: my noise seems to come from the front wheels when turning from a cold start. The service bulletin states complaints coming from rear of vehicle; wondering if this is a separate issue?

Will keep you update if i hear anything different.

2021 Suburban LT. Is making serios noise on turns. I just go the truck a few weeks ago. I do not believe it is metal, but whatever it is sounds bad.
