2008 Tahoe 4WD Displaying right rear TPMS is not functional, all other tires recording air pressure values, replaced both front TPMS less than a year ago.

So I just replaced the right rear TPMS But the warning light is still on and the right rear still won’t display values

tire shop says the others are dead (no) and that’s why it doesn’t work?

anyone have this issue, did you have to do all four with new to get it to clear?

 

or possibly just replace the last old one on the left rear, maybe that will ensure they are all new, will that clear warning light and reset readings?

anything else to try first?
