Default Shocks

Has anyone put 3/4 ton shocks on a 1/2 ton suburban in the rear? We tow a lot and want a stiffer shock .

you may want to consider adjustable ones. The handling and ride quality when not towing will suffer.

Bilstein 4600s are a great shock for towing.

I installed Bilstein 5100’s on my Sub at 100k and they are 1000% better than stock. I was able to level the front end too.
