From my research, Techron is the real deal. Just add to tank per instructions.
There's been numerous reports on this forum where folks had used some aftermarket "hi-perf" plugs and eventually put the recommended AC Delco plugs in.
If the AEM CAI uses an oiled filter, just be careful and not get too much on.
