is it possible calibrate speedometer in Tahoe 2003? It marks over speed

Yes, it can be done, there are tire sizes that can be selected from in the menu on Tech-II but you will need to have a dealer or technician with a Tech-II complete this.

Do you have OEM tire size on the Tahoe?
