Unhappy Stabilitrac/ Traction Off w Check Engine light 2007 Suburban

I have seen references to this problem over and over through this forum with many Chevys. I have my 2007 Suburban at the John Megel Chevy dealership right now for the stabilitrac/traction off problem. They said that I need to replace the upper control arms and sway bar links, which is a $1300 repair. I didn't see any mention of this being the solution for anyone. Could you please respond if you think that this will really fix the problem before I agree to have them fix it? I also have a right rear tire pressure sensor that needs to be replaced. I am definitely going to have them replace that first. I have seen others mention tire sensors, so I am hoping the $150 repair will fix it. My check engine light is on, so they were able to get some codes even though they didn't tell me what they were.

Wheel speed sensors at the front wheels have been known to cause this problem. You may need to replace the front wheel hubs/sensors assemblies and make sure the wiring is all intact. The wiring that plugs in to the sensors sometimes gets mangled for some reason or another.

I copied and pasted this answer from my response to @Seanhackenberg in the other thread.
