Suburban 2008 right Power runing Borad not operational some times

I have a SUBURBAN 2008 with power running Borads. Power boards on the Driver side will extend and retract back normally but more often when the door is closed it will lift slightly and will stop. Anyone have any idea on what it might be. I am thinking about a sensor telling the system it is not safe to retract but I can see anything like this. <o></o>
