Suburban transmission
Got a 2016 Suburban.
Replaced the transmission ( rebuilt) and torque converter 2 years ago. Had a really bad shudder- like driving over rubble strips. Pretty common issue as I was to find out. Issue came back after 6 months. Took it back to the shop ( which was 18 hours away) and they put a billet torque converter in it. Was good for 2 years and now the issue is back. It’s out of warranty and even if I wanted to fight it the shop is 1500 miles away. Is there something else it could be? No misfires- driveline looks good. I’m not dumping another 5k into the thing. I added some shudder fix. Didn’t help. Replaced tranny fluid. Didn’t help either.
