Surging and dying when cold.
Hey guys I have a 1995 Suburban TBI 5.7L. I finally got some time to work on my Suburban. My truck is still surging and dying when cold. Let me give you a run down on parts I have just replaced:
Radiator/Thermostat
Intake Gasket
All PCV Elbows
Idle Control Valve
New Drive belt
Oil Pressure Switch
New exhaust manifolds (studs broke off on the old ones!)
New Cat Converter (mid pipe)
New Cat back exhaust with muffler
Its really wierd because soon as the block warms up and the coolant starts to circulate it stops surging. Not sure if that fact will help in this diagnosis but something definitely is different between cold running and warmed up running. I had to replace the above parts because they were basically trashed. The truck did the same surging stuff before I replaced all those parts... Please pour your knowledge on me. How should I troubleshoot this?
