Exclamation Taho 2011 LTZ (Gulf Region) Rear passenger window, locks not functioning

2011 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

I'm having an issue where both rear power windows and both rear door locks stopped working at the same time.

Symptoms:
  • Both rear windows do not move from any switch.
  • Both rear door locks do not lock/unlock electrically.
  • Front windows work normally.
  • I can hear a click when pulling the rear window switches up from the driver's master switch, but nothing happens when pressing down.
  • Rear doors must be opened manually from inside.
  • Fuse #63 (STUD 2, 30A) was blown. I replaced it with a new fuse, but the problem remains unchanged.
  • Driver Door Module (DDM) was removed and cleaned previously with no improvement.
  • Battery tests above 90% and vehicle starts normally.
Since both rear windows and both rear locks failed together, I'm wondering if this points to:
  • A BCM issue
  • Driver Door Module issue
  • MBEC/LBEC fuse or power distribution problem
  • Broken wiring in the driver's door jamb/hinge area
  • Something else common on GMT900 Tahoes
Has anyone experienced both rear windows and rear locks failing simultaneously? Any known fuse, relay, module, or wiring locations I should check next?

I'm not a professional, just a regular novice that would like to fix this on my own.

Thanks.

On my 2007 Tahoe that I gave my daughter, the main wire bundle inside the protector boot on the LF door frayed out and caused door lock and window problems. I had her take it to a fairly good shop in the medium sized town she lived in and they repaired it. This may not be your problem and those 07 Tahoes are bear to trouble shoot electrical problems on, but you can at least start there. Your troubles sound a lot like the ones she had. Good luck.
