If I were selling the kit I would advise you to go to walmart and buy high heat paint for 5.99 and use some tape from around the house for the same results. Best part...no waiting. It can be done before the mail truck arrives the next day.

Dang my secrets out - no need to buy now.

That's what I did. And I did my calipers at the same time.

Don't point the can at the body. Seriously tho, I just used a piece of cardboard. With white, would recommend masking just to be safe.

That exact brand and style paint can be bought at almost every auto parts store for $5.99 or less. http://www.autobarn.net/duphigheaten.html

FYI,
You guys that think that the resonator is rusty, it is not rust.
It is welding compound (similar to flux) used during the manufacturing process.

To remove it; spray brake cleaner on a rag and rub it off, it takes just a little bit of elbow-grease but it looks very nice and silver when finished. Even if you plan to paint the resonator you should remove this compound prior to applying paint or it will not last.

It is not overspray... it is a different vehical. Take a look at the tire tread for starters.... I might be hesitant with that particular Ebayer.

I would think....If you're gonna do before and after type of photos....atleast make it the same vehical.. Ha Ha Ha
