Default Tire pressure sensors reprogram?

I am looking to buy the OEM 20 inch rims that come equipped with the LTZ. My question is once i remove my stock 17inch tires will my tire pressure sensors light go on on the dash? How difficult is it to program the sensor that come with the 20 inch ltz rims?

Yeah, the light will go on...i got mine put into my new rims in all but one (the valve stem i think was broken, so it did not get put in one rim)...now after two tire rotations not sure which tire doesnt have the tire pressure monitor in it, and i need to reset mine. But like you, i cant figure it out...

You will get a light if you don't have sensors in your rims or if you don't visit the dealer to recognize the new ones.

Once you get the 20 installed (with new sensors in them) go to the dealerand they willreprogram the truck to recognize them.

If you plan on moving your old sensors to the new rims (not really worth the trouble and expense) then you just need to follow the reprogram instructions in the manual. (so the truck knows which snesor is where)
