Default Tire rotation...how often?

I have an 07 LTZ with stock 20's.How many miles do you go between tire rotation? I am aware that the sensors for the tire pressure have to be reset. (Dave ZX...please give us your advice on this, thanks)

Tires should be rotated every 5,000 to 8,000miles (8000 to 13 000km). Any time you notice unusual wear, rotate your tires as soon as possible and check wheel alignment.
Also check for damaged tires or wheels.

Are the tires just rotated front to back or should they be crossed to the other side also?? Thanks.
I have an '06 Savana 2500 with A/T tires on it.

if they are not directional tires you should cross the backs to the front and bring the fronts straight back. if you notice a pull after crossing tires...rotate back to the original side and do front to back only from then on.

you have part time 4wd.. 3/32 is the max different treadwear or you will stress the tcase in 4wd operation. rotation every 10 000kilometers keeps the tires within 1/32" which is ideal.
