Default Tires and speed ratings - H vs S

I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ (just got it a couple weeks ago). I bought a pair of Bridgestone Dueler Alenza 275/55/20's to replace 2 of my really worn out tires. I specifically asked for the 111S tires, since that's what my 2 good tires were. Instead, the tire shop installed Bridgestone Dueler Alenza's with a 111H rating. Is this a big deal? Evidently the 111H won't last as long? Should I be pissed? Will the ride comfort suffer with the 111h tires? I think it feels a little more bumpy now when I'm driving, but that could be a mental thing.
Also I noticed that my spare tire is a brand new 275 55 20 Goodyear. I only had 30,000 miles on the Tahoe when I got it... is it possible that the existing Bridgestone tires on the Tahoe were the 2nd set of tires that this thing has seen in its young life?

Surprised that the spare was 20" as the OEM was a hi-pressure smaller wheel, 18" I believe. The H and S is the speed rating, I think. Check tirerack.com for sure. They can give you the facts.

Curious as to which 2 tires were worn, fronts, rears, pass or drivers side.
If they were the fronts the ware is expected, the type is probably less of a factor, if they where if different locations and they got worn then I would be very interested in how the rating bares out

When I bought the Tahoe, the more worn tires were on the rear, and on those 2 rear tires, the outsides of the tires had almost no tread left, while the inside portion of the tread had some tread left. I am guessing that to prepare the vehicle for sale, they rotated the best tires up front and the worse tires to the rear. Definitely weird how there is a 20" brand new Goodyear spare under the truck.

I think your on the right track of thinking on the rotation....
the previous owner may not have rotated the tires enough or at all.....
If you use the Oil Life Monitoring System for your oil changes consider rotating the tires at every oil change or every 6-8k miles...

Oh and I think the tires you got should be fine...I have 52k on my Bridgestones they are the 20's 111S

Is the 20" spare wheel the same as the rest of the LTZ five spoke polished aluminum?

i'm an idiot... its a 17" spare. i should have double checked before posting. the people putting the tires on got me all confused. i am telling them i want what i ordered... 275 55 20 111s tires. the 111h tires have a lower tread wear rating. (600 vs 700).

while checking the size of the spare i noticed some rust under the car. check the attached pic. is this amount of rust ok?

You better get a new frame w/ that amount of rust. JK

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're going to put it in a car show and then only if you put mirrors under it.

If you do go w/ the spray undercoat, don't get it in places it shouldn't be like hoses, wires, drain holes, etc.
