Default Trailer Brake controller?

Ok, more newb questions. From all the research I've done, I know I don't have integrated trailer brakes. Can someone tell me if the wiring is pre-installed, and if so, what needs to be done to add the system? Thanks again so much guys!!

We need to know year and model of vehicle. But yes most of theses trucks had the wires pre installed just need the pigtail that goes from the fuse panel to the controler and then the plug for the bumper.
