Trailer Plug Harness

The left hand blinker wire(yellow)on the truck trailer harness/plug does not have power. I would appreciate a wiring diagram or some insight on where to start troubleshooting this on the truck side.

Look in the owners manual. There should be seperate fuses for each part of the trailer wiring. Thats where I would start.
