Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

They said they could not select any other vehicle besides my suburban. I have not had them try this other method mentioned in this post. Any ideas, or am I out of luck?
This is BS I own a tech 2 and I've done vin unlocks on multiple vin relearn all u have to do is plug in the tech 2 to the obd2 port click diagnostics select year of the stereo or which ever vehicle the nav unit came in I just click 2005 then select make I use hummer then the body style letter which is k or t or it's the 5th letter in the vin on whichever vehicle the navigation unit came out of them click body then click navigation radio then click special functions then click vin relearn then click yes to verify unlock and erase current vin lock and about 30 secs flat it's learned ur vin and it's all good it doesn't matter what vehicle u pick even if it doesn't match the vehicle u have the navigation unit in in the end it will learn ur vehicles vin if the dealer is scared they will brick your unit just sign something that releases there liability I promise it will be just fine and if they say it won't work bet them 1000 bucks I guarantee u will walk out with a grand

Well Well It's easier than ever now.....

with technology advancing and demand things are a lot easier these Days and I have found a way to get Our Navs working in 2 Minutes.
actually 10 secs.....

1st Thank GOD!
2nd go to the OBD Genie's website and order a Genie, it looks like a small Bluetooth OBD Reader.
3rd fire up "Theft Locked" Radio
4th place the Genie into the OBD for 10 seconds and B00M!..........Music and Movies with Navigation!

I will add that 07 to 09 Vehicles probably need matching Year Radios and probably the same for 10 to 14 because I used both in My 07 Suburban 07 thru 09 works the other Radio has volume issues. I wanted that 1 to Work because it has memory and USB.

NOTE: OBD Genie shipped Me a Adapter with all pins or prongs present and it didn't work.
Ms. Crystal said that was a problem and shipped out 1 with pin #3 missing and it unlocked & programmed My Vin within 10 seconds.

This My Friends is The Final Chapter.....B00M!
