water keeps frying the blower motor regulator

He is referring to the side cowl drains that route water in the cowl down to a opening with a rubber cover that kinda somewhat covers the hole after water drains out of the cowl. I figured the problem out anyway by myself. I used a self leveling sealant to caulk around the heater fresh air inlet duct.
