Water leaking through back hatch at the top?

When you replaced the spoiler seal (Part Number 15270012), did you just start from the left side (it looks like there is an insert area) and slide it to the right without having to remove anything else?

Seems to me I just slid it in, but it's been a while. The only issue I remember was the adhesive strip was a "one and done"!

This part (Part Number 15270012 Spoiler Seal) doesn't seem to have any adhesive and looks like it slides or snaps in?

the other part 22845014 Upper Weather has adhesive but I haven't ordered that part as it is expensive and mostly out of stock

It fits under and behind this piece / it looks like this insert is used to begin putting the seal in and then slide to the right till done. I get about about halfway but get stuck (maybe gunk behind it?)
