Default What format is the stereo?

I bought a 2001 Suburban LT yesterday, and have a happy feeling about it.

However, the stereo isn't much by today's standards, and I want to replace it with a car computer. I can't find any information, though, about what form factor the stereo is. It's clearly too high for a DIN, but my eyeballing also say that it's not high enough for a double DIN.

Anyone who knows?

I seem to recall it's DIN and a half. When I did my '01, there weren't many head units available that filled the entire hole in the dash. Here's what I settled on:

Thanks!

I've been googling around, and found this solution: Metra Online

There are some videos on Youtube as well, if you search on the part number.

I think that will solve my problem neatly (except that shipment to Sweden will probably cost more than the kit...).
