Just had my wife's 2004 shaft replaced and they have now come out w/ a new design. Did it free even tho out of warranty. Said it was customer appreciation.

 

That shows that its not GM in general that makes the calls about repairs these days, its the people running the location that make a good dealership, not the home office. All I hear is bad GM service lately so its nice to hear that there still is good service out there with GM.

 

I treat this folks nice and they return the favor.
